ABSTRACT
This research work focused on automated database for recharge card using Emmywill Communication, Uyo as the case study. This project is aim at aiding the managers to process customer purchase on recharge card. It will make an account on daily basis and save the customer information in a database. The propose system has four module; the customer purchase, search customer records, view all customers and the quit module. The challenges of the existing system is that, customer purchasing record is being done by pen, paper, calculator which may result in wrong calculations and customer information is not save. The challenges of the manual system can be secure when the company adopt this proposed system. The tool use in developing this system is visual basic 6.0 and Microsoft access 2003 version. This project concluded that; customer purchasing details and calculated data such as database which will help the company in the future. This project recommend that all recharge card distribution company should adopt this propose system and that they should recruit IT students so that they can manage this system effectively.
